TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you have read, understood and agreed with my Terms Of Service

Quotes

• You may request a quote for any piece of art at any moment.

• Make sure to describe your idea in full detail, provide some starting references and be as clear as possible, this will help me quote you in the fastest and easiest time possible.

• I will draw characters based on description only for no extra charge as long as the description is clear.

• You must be over 18 to order any type of art from me. Customers under 18 must provide signed consent from their legal guardian.

• I have the right to refuse any commission.

• You must let me know if you have a deadline, especially for items requiring shipping. I will not be held responsible for missing a deadline that wasn't clearly stated or was unreachable.

• Prices are non-negotiable and I won't accept trades or offer discounts on bundles unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may vary from the guide due to complexity in characters or scenes or deadlines.

What I Will/ Will Not Draw

Payment

• I accept payment through paypal only, via invoices.

• You must provide me a valid email address to communicate and invoice.

• Please only mark shipping needed for physical items, not digital goods.

• For pieces under 100$ you must send payment upfront, for more expensive pieces you may pay half up front and half upon completion, other payment plans are available.

Refunds

• I may, at any point, drop the commission if I see fit. In this case you will recieve a full refund, no matter the process of the picture.

• You may as well, cancel the commission and request a refund at any time, however if there has been work put on the picture you will receive only half of your payment.

• If you cancel a commission I have already started, I may re use the sketches as I see fit.

• Any customer attempting charge backs to my paypal will be immediately blacklisted

Art Process and WIPs

• In order for the project to run smoothly, I require communication in a timely fashion. Failure to respond to emails or questions will cause your commission to delay. I do not however take commissions via IMs or messengers, so any request for those will be promptly ignored.

• Failure to respond to inquiries or payment information after a period of 2 weeks (14 days) will move your commission to the "on hold" stage, which it will not be worked on until further information is given.

• Failure to respond to inquires after a period of a month (30 days) will be considered as abandonment and will automatically stop the commission. It will not be worked on anymore and you will receive a full refund. I may also re use the sketches as I see fit in this case.

• After discussing your idea and receiving payment I will provide you with an initial sketch, you may request changes in this stage (See Changes and Edits below)

• You will be periodically updated with WIPs

• Please do not contact me more than twice a week about the status of your commission.

Changes and Edits

• You have the right to three minor changes and one large edit for your piece. A minor change includes: a small detail, a change of expression, an extra accessory; while a large change involves things like: a complete change of pose, different clothing, a different character. You may only do this large change during the sketch phase, once you approve the sketch you may no longer do any drastic edits to your piece. The small changes can be applied at any stage.

• Extra small changes are worth 5US$ while a large edit will cost 20US$/30US$ depending on the stage the change was requested. I will not charge you for any mistakes I made such as accidentally changing a color, or missing a vital detail.

• Pieces under 20US$ dollars do not have any free changes.

• Any Artistic Liberty pieces will have no changes to them.

Image Rights

• When the image is completed you hold the right to post and edit the picture as you see fit. Credit must always be provided, linking back to either this page or a gallery.

• Private commissions are available at an extra fee.

• My TOS always superceeds any client's TOS when it comes to image ownership.

• You may not modify my work for commercial use or sell original work.

• In the events you commission me for something that will me commercialized, I will demand an extra fee or a percentage of the royalties.

• I may repost your picture to my other galleries where it can be viewed by other people.

• I may use your commission image to sell as prints or artbooks unless otherwise stated. Permission will always be asked beforehand.

• I will never attempt to modify, recycle or trace your picture for profit under any circumstance.

Shipping

• You must provide me with a real name and address. Shipping is done via National Mail and all traditional artwork comes with reinforced packaging.

• I have a 100% success rate of shipping to anywhere in the world, if your art doesn't arrive to you in a month, you may request your shipping expenses paid back.

Blacklisting

• I expect my clients to treat me with the respect I treat them, so any violation of my terms of service may be followed with a warning, a fine and ultimately blacklisting. This can also include inappropriate behavior, comments or actions towards me.

• A customer in my blacklist is one I will never accept business from and will discourage other artists to work with.
